Joyce was amazing to work with. This was my first purchase and she took her time with setting up options for me to view, being knowledgeable of certain areas and pointing out things within certain properties I myself wouldn’t have recognized being excited about buying my first property. When I finally found the home I thought I was going to purchase, I was traveling for work. She assisted my brother in doing the walk through and including me virtually in the conversation. Issues fell through on the sellers side and I was kind of down. She encouraged me to continue with the process. I went back on Zillow and saw the house that had slid through my fingers earlier in our search. Joyce jumped right on it. This was the house I had my heart set on, but someone got to it before I could. It was back on the market and through her relationships, conversation with the other realtor, finding out why it was back on the market. I had an agreed purchase, inspection and everything set up within 2 days he. The final purchase process was made so easy. Again, I was traveling for work. She went outside of her duties as a realtor and made sure she worked with my finance company to have a notary come to where I was to sign the final paperwork. She worked with my brother again on the walkthrough and blessed my 1st home with her presence, once I somewhat had things together to show her.
